rockets2k, this doesnt concern your torrent files, but maybe you can help me anyway i'm using azureus, and it used to work just fine. now all of a sudden my downloads and uploads aren't going as fast as before (like 20k/s both ways). now its trickling like at times, 2k/s if not completely zero most of the time. you know whats going on?
