Coaches got the credit in Utah win and coaches should take the credit for this loss. Why ran the PG plays through Harden (6 TOs) when he struggled so much? Ask Lin to be the PG and pass it to Harden or others. Why is this so difficult to comprehend? Why made Harden look bad when he didn't have it tonight? Let's not make this Harden vs Lin. This is clearly a failed substitution pattern and mismanagement of Harden and Lin. For once, I'd like to hear McHale takes responsibility for the loss. It would go a long way with the players. He made both Harden and Lin look bad.
That is the type of tantrum he should throw. Lowry would have been barking and crying wolf. McHale is pathetic. Lin should have been in the game 40 min. TD was chucking bricks and etc. God damn you Mcfail. You lost us another game.
If I was lin I would be like I am humble and S*** but enough is enough and I would stand up against the worst coach in the NBA. Kevin McFail.

I just don't understand how guys keep defending McHale as a coach. This is his fourth year coaching in the NBA, how many chances can a guy get? He's never proven to be successful as a coach at any level. Granted he's only coached in the NBA, but that's part of my point. Does he get a pass as a coach because he was a hall of fame player? He's not an Xs and Os guy and he's not a a motivator. There are top level coaches out there from Stan Van Gundy and Jerry Sloan or up and coming guys like Brian Shaw, I don't see how McHale with his four years of doing nothing qualifies him as the coach for our talented team.
Based off of what? Leslie wants to win. Morey doesn't own the team. If Mcfail is losing us games, he will be gone.
I have no problem with Harden, Lin or Asik for this game, nor should anyone else. When you throw out a line up without your #1 scorer, #1 floor general and #1 rim protector at the start of the 4th in a close game against a play off team what the heck did McHale THINK would happen? Pure, unadulterated, absurdly bad rotations.
When the Rockets get blown out and are in a tight schedule McHale prefers to ride Harden, Parsons and sometimes Lin for 40+minutes a night. When it's a close game and we have more rest days in our schedule he prefers to play the starters less minutes and ride the bench. McFail logic.
McHale-inflicted, right? That's what he means? Self-inflicted implies the players share some blame too. They don't in this case. I don't blame any of our players. Their limitations are their limitations - it's the coach's job to mix/match and utilize properly. There was nothing out of the ordinary from our players. - give TD too long a leash - he becomes a gunner. - Morris can't box out or defend - not a surprise - Parsons turns over the ball when asked to do too much - again not a surprise. This loss was McHale-inflicted.
Shows that McHale has support within the organization, especially after the family tragedy he went through this year. Morey has done a great job with player personnel with the Rockets, and it's a gut feeling that Morey's recommendation has a great weight on Les' decision making. Plus, we have a young team, the least experienced in the NBA, with a superstar just started developing, playoff bound, and that's with 7mil? or so under the cap, as oppose to focus on what this current team could accomplish TODAY. All those factors/excuses will help McHale's performance to be graded on a bigger curve than deserved.
