    Depends on what he does in the Superbowl. If he wins, I can see Baltimore giving him that money.

    But no, he also won't get it. They'll franchise him before paying him 20+

    Good news either way. The Ravens screw their cap paying him or have to find a new starter to replace him.

    I'd let him go, even if they won the Super Bowl. Sure the fans would go nuts but they probably need to rebuild after this year and hamstringing yourself with Flacco is not the way to do it.

    This is ridiculous man. Getting to a Super Bowl doesn't make you a great quarterback. Again, the guy only had to score 14pts to beat the Patriots. NE averaged more points during the season than Flacco managed to put up that day. C'mon man. Invest in the defense that held the Patriots to 13 instead.

    Even if Baltimore wins the Super Bowl with Flacco putting up solid numbers, I don't see him getting Brees money. I like Flacco, but he is not a 20 million a year player. Flacco is more in the 12-15 million a year range.

    It'd be great if Lewis retires while Reed and Flacco get huge contracts with the Ravens.

    The problem for them is that they went a decade with a great defense and couldn't win it all because of a lack of QB play. On the flipside, they've been able to change out parts in their defense and remain good there.

    I question whther Drew Brees is worth Drew Brees money, maybe in New Orleans; Flacco is worth Eli Manning money whatever that is...

    It would not be the first time the Ravens dropped their Super Bowl QB for an ex 49er (Dilfer/Grbac).
