    Really like the fact that its a "joint press statement". The symbolism is big here. Dont want to presume too much until I see Royce actually playing, and he's got a lot to do to gain my respect, but this sounds really promising. props to Morey for staying patient and keeping his cool.

    Because he is Royce White fool! Royce White goes there when Royce White wants to go there. You gotta problem with that? Don't make Royce White backtrack on his decision to go there on the 11th, don't make him do that larsv8.

    What was he doing the past few months? Working at his 9-5 that he couldn't run sprints, workout with one of the trainers NBA players use in the offseason in Chicago or Vegas or even in Houston? If only Royce didn't have the 9-5 to interfere with his staying in shape.

    I dont think it has anything to do with one side or the other caving. I think it has to with with Royce:

    1) Accepting that some of his demands were in violation with the CBA
    2) The Rockets convincing him that they will do what they can within the CBA

    Probably, it has taken this long for Royce to trust the Rockets enough to alleviate some of fears. What the Rockets have on the table now is probably the same one as back in November.

    Whats changed I think is that Royce has gotten a modicum of realism to his stance.
