I was watching the beginning of the NJ - Philly game at lunch and David Aldridge said there are serious talks between Philly and Orlando about a Van Horn for Grant Hill swap. He said he doubts it would happen though because the insurance on Hill's contract ends after next season, and the team owning the contract would be responsible for the remainder. Probably just more Aldridge smoke, but just thought I would pass it along.

i don't understand why a team would trade an above average healthy player for a player whose career due to injury, is all but done with.

Sean Elliot was announcing the game for ESPN and he said it would be a huge risk for Philly, but if Hill even played one year before his contract ran out it would be worth it.

Maybe Philly realized Van Horn sucks, just like NJ did.
