both trades work and think about the ramifications. It fills all spots and puts a wonderful team on the floor. I do agree with the hesitation of bringing in Little Nicko, but look grandpa he can make a move

wishful thinking.....Gasol's to valuable for the Griz.....tough sell to convinve Jery West if Mobes and Grif are upgrades,

Nick the Quick? He's more selfiish than Franchise.......his inclusion would even worsen the offense flow ...a pass first point guard like Andre Miller is what the rox need....:) :) :)

I don't object to Nick. I just think you are paying too steeply for him.

I say trade Cato, Collier and Drew obligation to Memphis for Swift and Knight, and sign fat a$$ as a backup. We'll then have Knight and Rice with expiring contracts (end of 2004) as tradeable commodities in which to land an asset this summer. No mas Cato contract and we don't break up the nucleus, which the Rox management seem to be presently comfortable with.(insert rolly eyes...I don't know how).

    best regards,

    broken record

Grizz need to dump Lo Wright, J-Dub, or Wes Person for any Pau trade. They want players back at needs. Sounds good to me. I'll take Gasol, Person and Lo Wright for Eddie, Cat and Cato. I'd take Stro Swift too, if they'd expand the deal. Grizz really need salary relief, so they want Rice. If it takes him to make it click, ok.

Yao/Gasol would be a dominating front line for years to come. With Posey, Person and Francis, the team is loaded at every starting spot. We'd have more than adequate backups with Lo Wright, Taylor, Swift, Tmo, Mooch. Looks good.

Don't blow Gasol off by saying "he's thin." He's also a legit 20-10 man. Yao/Gasol is a good team, and we have 4 years before they max.

People may call you sarcastic, but you hit the nail on the head, these trade threads are tiresome and stupid, and they should be banned after the trade deadline.

I would do the first one all day long...

The second, I don't think so...

It just seems the Nick is plague where ever he goes, which might get Rudy fired as I don't think he can control the bunch he has...
