The Summit is NOT open. BTW when you say Summit, I assume you are talking about the Compaq Center.

Man, I don't think I know of any places.

There's the YMCA, but you have to pay. UH is kind of far away, and you will need an ID unless you can sneak in. There's a Church I went to, but they stopped letting in random people. That's it. I usually just go with friends to outdoor courts.

Lexington Elementary on Dulles has a covered court, but the goals under the cover aren't ten feet, they're either eight and a half or nine. All they're really good for is a dunk fest. The uncovered goals next to them are ten.

A couple of years ago my friends and I tried to come up with a place that we could play inside (we graduated from Elkins last year), and never came up with anything. Some of my friends also used to play at Kitty Hawk Park, which is down 6 across from Sienna Plantation. I never went though, so don't know how the courts are.

No, it was a Mormon Church close to Lexington and Dulles. I think I've been to St. Theresa's, it's covered but not indoors, right?

I've been to the Lexington courts a few times, but it gets crowded pretty fast. And I'm not going to the UH outdoor courts anymore. Let's just say there was a shooting "incident."

Yeah, we eventually stopped playing there because we had enough of our own people for a game, and other people do show up over there fast.
