idiot, he's making double what Lin makes too. Hopefully Morey will spend that kind of money on our next PG.

 

wow. what a horrible terrible ending to the 3rd quarter. i give us a 20% chance of winning this game. 6ers are on their game. can't miss. respond to every rocket run, rockets can't play defense, outside shots not falling, no passing, pgs sucking, morris a&&-trash, that is all

I think guys are just tired & have no legs. I can't even be mad. It has been a tough week for this young team. And trying to play at the pace we do is tough. We have two days off hopefully McHale can make some adjustments in time for the Clippers game. And we can also get some practice time in.

 

I blame for the lack of defense and McHale for sticking to the same old tired game plan.

Also, bring some of those rookies in for ****'s sake. I am sure they can perform just as well. It's not like the bar is set really high at the moment.

The team has been contesting Holiday's shots pretty well, but he's making some ridiculously hard shots. He didn't score many points on Lin that weren't solidly contested.

He did cross over/blow by Douglas a couple times but he's also been contesting in general.

Holliday's just red hot right now. When a player is shooting like that, you can only do so much without drawing a foul.

 

yup - gonna dial it down to a .500 team instead of 6th seed. I got ahead of myself there for a bit riding the team's amazing december run. sigh.

 

MUCH too often with this team I'm saying "WHYYY?"

That's the problem--we play to our strengths too little, and play to our weakness too often.

WHY did Harden pass off to TD, and when he did, WHY did TD decide to try to create off the dribble? TD should never try to create off the dribble. He has no offensive game other than taking open jumpers and open cuts to the basket.

Same thing with Delfino. Harden's in the game, and Delfino is taking a high screen and roll at the end of the quarter when we're supposed to be going two-for-one--and he goes TOO EARLY to boot, MISSES THE SHOT (of course, he can't shoot off the dribble), and gives Philly the ball with enough time to go two-for-one?

Why is this crap happening so often? What is so difficult about running screens for Harden and Lin with Parsons as an outlet creator when they're getting double teamed?

Nearly 100% of the time, one of those three players should be the ones the offense is running through. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen in reality.

 

Not to mention Holiday is free to handle the ball as a POINT GUARD. If he comes to the Rockets, he won't be able to play his own position lol.

 

Is this the same 76ers team that's on a 5-game L streak??

 

Harden is overrated. Dont count on him either.
