I don't see the need. Currently my living situation entails me living with 2 women, and in a relationship with 3 (3rd one is a tv personality who travels a lot). I do occasionally have affairs as I'm a very passionate person, but there is full disclosure and they know 33% of me is worth cherishing over 150% of the same ol same ol and all the lame attributes they have to deal with. Love is not about possession - it is about empowerment and laughter. And that's where I always have, and always will win. These girls are highly sought after by wealthy men but choose happiness over social norms. That's the best thing about beautiful women - they never really have to follow the rules. Heh heh heh. The thing a lot of you suffer from, besides penguinesque body shapes and flaccid faces, is growing up in an area with a scarcity of beauty. You become so hyper competitive over an ideal of a woman that when you finally run into a decent looking one, your only way to sustain her attention is to "lock it up". There's no romance and conversation consists of generic talking points that can be replaced by any other John Doe. Naturally, this leads to a nation rife with postmarital affairs (highest in the world). The lack of understanding and sub par looks in men cause women to be emotionally distant and feel undervalued with the heartthrobs they constantly see in the media. Women so easily call the shots in a faux "ball and chain" relationship, which doesn't go with the times, that when they're emotionally, physically and intimately conquered by a real man such as myself, they lose it. They simply lose it. It's a sad realization for guys like Longhorfan who poke women non stop on facebook just for a chance, but then again.. life is a sad story for some.
If you don't want to get married, don't get married. This is your life, you make your own rules. Don't listen to family, society, or your girlfriend. They don't know what's best for you. They don't know you true dreams, desires, and passions. Do what you want man and don't forget that.

I'm 26 and married for 4.5 years. Stressful & rewarding. I wish I had waited longer in life. Or perhaps just wish we had time without children (she had a newborn when we met). If I had a recommendation in life, it would be to wait until around 30, and be together for a few years before having children. Enjoy that life. Luckily we should be fairly young when our kids are adults that we can still travel and enjoy ourselves, but their education may keep us from having the funds.
