Well, this means the game on Tuesday will be HUGE with two PO'ed teams coming off of loses at home and fighting for the same playoff spot. YAO vs. SHAQ. FRANCHISE vs KOBE. RUDY vs YODA. This is what the NBA is all about!
phil jackson is not yoda, yoda is a lot better. jackson is a just a zen master wannabe. since the rockets has belong a non-playoff team, maybe the lakers gives play to their standard and loses the game.
It's just a matter of time before Lakers take over Rockets. I thought it's by the end of this week, but it looks more like by the end of next week. No more reprieve for Rockets. Would Rockets win over the Lakers? Most probably. Rockets is the anti-logic team.
don't look at the standings, the lakers has surpassed the rockets and the suns. they WILL be in the playoff while the warriors/suns/rockets are fighting to get out of the playoff race.
the good thing is both the lakers and suns lost today, if not, we'd be out of the play off picture.......relying on other teams woes when we lose a game doesnt represent a play off worthy team..... just another bad loss... winning vs Miami couldve provided us cushion against the lakers and closed the gap with the Suns..... another wasted opportunity.........to move up the ladder......
This game is HUGE, which means, the Rockets should come ready to play... It seems they never "bring it" with the sorry teams (e.g. the Heat, Cavs, Memphis, etc...
