Hes just plain horrible, all he knows how to do is shoot. Please sit his ass on the bench, or trade him. If Francis really wants to win we could trade Mobley Griff, and Boki for Brand and Andre Miller? Hows that sound? Pretty fair, i think so considering Those guys dont want to stay clippers for long

i don't understand why they don't set screens for mobley the way miami was doing all night. jesus, let him shoot coming off the pick and wide open. plus, he needs to stop standing at the three point line.

Hmm....WHY DO WE NEVER DO THAT? THe Utah Jazz abused us by doing that all night long on Tuesday and were making them. MIAMI CEASELESSLY DID THAT TO US. I don't know why we don't do that...

You are right. Mobley has been a cancer. But Moochie won't help...:( I'm sorry. Our whole team has been infected with the unknown disease.

Yeah, Mobley has worn out his welcome. He's a good scorer, but he's not a GREAT scorer...he can give you 14-18 ppg, but his lack of defense and his poor shot selection aren't worth it.

Mobley may be gone but is that going to solve the Rockets problems. If they trade Mobley they need to address the real problem of finding a good PF. I would like Brand and Piakowski or Brand and Miller. The Rockets would have give up Mobley, Griffin, and Nachbar. We will soon find out. The trade should be done by this weekend if any trade is to be done. :)

What blamed Mobley? What did he do wrong? He's struggling but he didn't force the action. And his PG didn't help him at all by getting him some easy shots (like open jumpers/layups).

You know only 1 assist for our so-called PG. As a PG, Francis never creates any easy shots for his teammates. His assists total always depends on whether his teammates make their jumpers or not. That's a reason why his assists average is so always low (6 apg) compared to other premier PGs like Kidd/Payton/Stockton who always create easy shots for teammates so get plenty of easy assists.

Mobley's not a cancer and he's not going anywhere. He's struggling to find his role with a team that is trying to develop some semblance of a low post game. I'd like to see him make it, but I have deep reservations.

Mobley will not be traded by Rudy because he has a loyalty thing (remember the original Dream to Toronto trade?).

This is the only criteria I see for a Mobley trade - the Rockets continue to stink it up, miss the playoffs, Les asks RT to move into the front office and a new coach gets hired that sees the need to shake things up with the roster.

Now for the bad news. The new coach will be promoted from within and will continue with the current "loyalty" tradition. We need to get used to it - Cat is not going anywhere soon.

yes, the cat is a cancer. the question are:

    1. is he curable?
    2. if yes, how can he be cured? or if no, how can the rox get cure of this cancer?

I think Cat will adjust. The more worrisome is SF. Steve's play right now is not very consistent. He can shoot very well, then only dishes 1 assist like what happened today. That's not a typical PG. A good PG should be fairly consistent in distributing balls among your teammates.

Worst scenario : Mobley keep starting

Okay scenario : Move him to the bench for instant scoring ( if he could )

Best scenario : Trade him for a big consistent PG ala Alvin Williams or Eric Snow. But potentially, Marko Jaric could be better pick.

Just my 2 cents as outsider looking in:)
