    We're going to destroy them on the boards.

    I predict a healthy butt-whooping in our favor. Nash will get tempted by the Harden-Lin backcourt to run and his old legs will give out by the 3rd quarter. With noone down low to do anything to Asik, we will own them on the boards as well, meaning more fast breaks.

    Should we have found out by now whether Lin gets a flopping fine or not?

    Wow. Just wow.

    Howard, Hill AND Pau out?

    The Lakers are SO screwed....

    Long as the Rockets don't snooze on this one, this game could get Really ugly...

    rockets had a lot of bad turnovers in the first quarter and then were consistently getting out rebounded by one of the better rebounding teams in the league.

    this lakers team isnt nearly as formidable but the rockets will have to exploit the interior a lot with Smith and Asik. I believe Artest and Jamison can provide enough firepower to keep them in the game offensively

    Is that sarcasm I detect? Contrary to popular belief, the league office is not staffed with an arbitrary collection of complete idiots.

    Pau, Howard, Hill out for the Rockets game, hopefully the good guys can win!

    Pau is going to miss at least 2 games due to a concussion, Howard is out at least 1 week because he injured his shoulder and Hill is out because he injured his hip.

    Here is the tweet about Pau from Lakers.com reporter Mike Trudell:

    Mike Trudell
    @LakersReporter
    Pau Gasol suffered a concussion last night and will not travel with the team on the trip.

    Here is the tweet about Howard also from Mike Trudell:

    Mike Trudell
    @LakersReporter
    Dwight Howard is out at least 1 week with a torn labrum in his right shoulder. Re-evaluated next week.

    The tweet about Jordan Hill:

    Mike Trudell
    @LakersReporter
    The hits keep coming for LAL, as Jordan Hill also has a hip injury and will not travel with the team.

    We will be playing against an interesting front court:

    Mike Trudell
    @LakersReporter
    Robert Sacre will be called up from the D-League to start at center. Unsure if Jamison, MWP, Clark, Ebanks will start at the 4.

    I hope the Rockets can capitalize on this. The lack of a proper front court should allow us to penetrate into the paint more and that should open up the Rockets game. I have a feeling Kobe is going to go off, but if he does and we are able to stop the others, I think we can pull a win. I hope this isnt a trap game because it seems like it. Here's hoping we can take this game, Go Rockets!

    Unfamiliar lineups can benefit the team with the injuries.

    We would win against their full lineup.

    I assume we will play small ball then. Spread'em out and drive the lanes.

    Lin
    Douglas
    Harden
    Parsons
    2Pat

    before the season started, who would think that we would be 4.5 games ahead of the Lakers at this point with the Lakers having one of the best starting 5 in history, Nash/Kobe/Pau/MWP/DH......boy it must really suck to be a Laker fan at this point :p

    He's not young anymore. Lin should be driving on and getting past him all night.
