I'm realizing, if they do blow this in pathetic fashion (1-3 finish)...Reliant isn't going to be half as loud as it was a year ago. Other than the 8 year olds, who walks in feeling like we're witnessing a special team anymore?

Reliant will still be as loud as ever. It's just too bad we are only playing one game at home.

We need to sign McGrady and bench him to make sure we win the first playoff game, but waive him before the start of the third so Johnson doesn't get injured.

we will only be playing one game anyways...this team hasnt shown me anything to hang my hat and say...you know we have a chance...right now...our team is in complete shambles, and a coach and QB that can carry us out of this mess deserves all the praise...To bad its not gonna be Schaub and Kubiak...In another year, expect both of them to be gone/fired...

Do you really believe that? After 2010, I think it would take the team COMPLETELY bottoming out -- i.e. a 2-14 season, like 2005 -- for Kubiak to leave. Especially after winning two division titles. I'm afraid the Texans are in an even worse spot. They're the Schottenheimer/Norv Turner-led Chargers of the past few years, in the sense that their results in a weak division are just good enough to save jobs and stay in neutral.

Blame McGrady. He still lives in Houston. He's cursed.

I'm disappointed with how it ended, but I am not upset with a 12-4 season.

I didn't expect a 1st seed. We're not entitled to anything. The fact that we act like we are just amazes me.

Life's too short to be pissed and miserable all the time. Remember, the playoffs are a whole new season. I'm going to wait until they're cleaning out their lockers before I allow myself to get depressed.

You obviously haven't been a Houston sports fan for long if you have to ask that (Phi Slama Jama, Astros in various eras, Run N' Shoot Oilers, Run N' Shoot and Case Keenum UH, need I go on?).

Very much a fail considering the position they were in coming into these last four games, and the way they collapsed down the stretch.

siiiigh Texans. They're really trying hard to make it tough on themselves; that doesn't usually work out for Houston teams. :(

He's 18 yrs old, just like 713. They haven't been around long enough yet talk like the world was created when they were born.

Thanks so much for all these JINX threads.

WTF are you talking about, they haven't even played it yet. Why do some of you talk like this like you know the future already?
