Any one have any good recomendations for where I can get these in Houston? I've been craving some lately and have only been able to find some sub par offerings.

Try Taco Bell, Taco Cabana, or Taco Tote

Get sc (maybe 1 1/3 cup) then add guajillo/ancho peppers de-seeded(or paste, 1/4 cup) add some lime zest (maybe 1) (and s/p) Lime juice(1), 1/2 bunch cilantro, One Serrano, maybe a half a tbs of cumin buzz in your food processor.
    Sauce is made...

Rub some chicken down in a mix of spices(I cant give you those right now) then poach (water should taste like salt water) and the cool then tear apart the chicken...

Get your CORN tortillas and add some oaxaca cheese, add chicken with spice that you had before you poached and then cover in the sauce that was mentioned then bake..

I haven't tried what I just posted, but I could be good... Hell I might try that

If all else fails you could just do this thing

you should saute some garlic and onion before you make the sauce... then add it to the first thing I said...

But again I just pulled it out my ass...
