    This will be a tough game in terms of match ups.

    According to Teamrankings.com

    Memphis is #1 in the NBA is defensive efficiency, the 4th best team in defending the 3 point shot and is the 9th best team in terms of allowing points in the paint. On the bright side, they're 21st in terms of giving up free throws and 24th in terms of fast break points allowed.

    Size will be a real issue. This shows in that they're the 6th best at scoring in the paint, get the 8th most free throw points, 11th most blocks, and get the 3rd most offensive rebounds. Interestingly, they're only ranked 20th in terms of defensive rebounds, so it will be important to crash the glass hard.

    Tony Allen is an elite perimeter defender and Mike Conley isn't too shabby either, so ball handling may become an issue. Memphis is currently the #2 ranked team in terms of Steals. Parsons, Harden, Lin and especially Delfino will need to be VERY careful with their passing and protecting the ball.

    To win this we're going to have to push the ball very hard, crash the offensive glass, protect the ball and make sure we box out Gasol and Zbo on our end.

    I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a combined line up of Asik plus Smith to try to offset some of the size disadvantages.

    I expect this to be a very physical game. Even though they're coming off a back to back, given their slow pace of play (20th in the NBA) I don't expect them to be TOO off.

    Very tough game for the Rockets. A win is possible, but I'm not going to get my hopes too high. Memphis is a top 3 team in the League and for good reason.

    When the hell does the game start tonight? Rockets.com says 7 eastern, my ticket and every other outlet says 7 central.

    what if smith plays like 25min and have lin run a million pnr's to help open up the paint? if not then i fear for morris' health :(

    Why is Ho chen even important? Last year Bullard used to read tweets. He's such a waste of a person. Maybe CSN should hire someone else to read facebook posts.
