So it was just the one fight correct since the other fight got cancelled? A fan-friendly fight b/c of the KO, but a relatively short night if you paid good money for tickets. The fight lineup on the Showtime card in LA was pretty decent too.
Wait what? You mean the other way around right? Because Marquez is the type of boxer than gives a fighter like Manny, problems. And sorry, Donaire is not better than Pacquiao. If we are talking body of work, its not even close. Look at who Donaire fought, then look at the run Manny had. He may be the better pure boxer but there isn't anything Donaire has done, that Manny didn't do and more. At the end of the day, I don't see Donaire accomplished half of what Manny did in the sport.

I really wanna see Abner Mares Vs Nonito Donaire. I could see it being as big as Pac/Marquez. But I'm going with Mares. Also in my opinion the 140lbs division. (Light Welterweight) Is the most stacked division in boxing. Maidana, Khan, Mattysse, Garcia, Bradley, Rios, Guerrero. STACKED!
That would make it even better. I'm not sure Gamboa's chin can hang with the light welterweights though. He's a beast but he needs better defense. Broner I think will get exposed by Maidana or Matthysse or even Judah
