Dream and Clyde were a year older,and they weren't quite as hungry, but the main difference was playoff matchup. We faced the Sonics, a team we simply couldn't beat. If the bracket had fallen differently in 94 and 95 and we faced Seattle we wouldn't have our titles. They played by far the best D on dream.

If somebody else had taken out Seattle we would have gone to the finals in 96, but we couldn't have beaten that bulls squad.

**** george karl he would have the sonics play illegal D on Hakeem every possession and basically dare the refs to call it every single time.

of course they didn't -- neutralize the most dominant player in the game at the time and yeah you will probably be able to win easily 4 times out of 7.

I still remember the look on Rudy T's face.
