I couldnt believe the freaking west line up. 4 point guards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cmon its like they didnt want Francis to have good PT. Next year lets not vote for any Pgs other then Francis, i want to see him play more. Also for those of u saying ohh he played 32 mins Well 10 of those were overtimes. I mean Francis, Nash, Marbury, and freakin Payton. Give me a break, how many 2's did we have?????? ohh yeah the ball hog Kobe.

Maybe that's a sign that Stevie should move himself to SG, there's much less competition :)

Francis is more of a SG anyway... What is your point? Also, the only SG worthy of making it is Finley. Complaining about this, is like crying that the East didn't have enough big men.

    Just shutup.

If anything, this proves to show respect for Francis. Would you have preferred for Francis to get 32 min., but sit out both overtimes?

Personally, when i think of ball-hogs, Kobe Bryant does not pop up immediately.

Are you kidding? I'm SAYING THIS TO BOTH OF YOU ALL.

    OKAY. Francis was NOT DISSED.

He got most of the playing time...including all the important times.

    DISSED?!?!?

    So Michael Jordan was dissed?

They had 8281009 of the similar style players.

Tracy McGrady, Vince Carter, Paul Pierce, and Michael Jordan. They're all similar sizes and do similar stuff. So Michael was dissed?

AND KOBE IS NOT A BALLHOG? You must be kidding.

There were too many good pg's to have any less than four.

So Steve gets 24 out of 48 regulation PG mins, ALL of the mins in OT and this guy is all bent out of shape?

Sometimes people just aren't happy unless they are unhappy. :)

I think Steve CLEARLY established himself as the best at the game and his minutes reflected that. To get 24 regulation minutes and all 10 OT minutes is a testament to how good he really is and how well he played. Steve outplayed all the other west PGs by far and was integral to the west's win. If you want to complain about something, complain about Zydrunas only getting 4 minutes . . . THAT was a diss.

Garnett got 41 mins, Kobe got 36 Duncan got 40. And well we know Francis will never get the oppourtunity to be MVP even though we know he can be. He took only 12 shots and he nailed 9 of them the guy was on fire, how can u not make him ur go to guy. But I dunno maybe im the only person in here that likes seeing his Rockets players be the best they can be. Maybe i dont like to settle for less like most of you, maybe im to optimistic and dont diss my team if we have a bad game. I guess im a bad fan huh? Maybe im pissed that Yao didnt play more minutes in the all star game, seems like everyone here is okay with it. I guess theres only few die hard Rockets fans in here. Ohh well thats too bad, maybe thats why Sacramento always wins so much, they have so much more fan support. We got mostly losers who get pissed and want to trade away the whole team when we lose, and say i told you so when we win. Fans like you well suck. You dont appreciate what we have and how lucky we are to have Yao, Francis, Griffin, and yes even that ball hog Mobley. I just hate those people who love the Rockets when they win and hide under a rock when we lose. I cant stand people like that.

The same people that are whining about Yao and Steve's personal stats (minutes or points) in the All Star game, are the same ones that complain that Steve and Cuttino are selfish, padding their stats and not playing team ball.

You can't have it both ways. Its a freaking All Star game. It doesn't matter! Besides increasing the risk of injury, how does his minutes impact the ROCKETS' season or playoff push?

Steve played the most minutes of any PGs. He didn't shoot much because he distributed the ball to his teammates like a PG was supposed to do. He had the most assists on his team. He played the way we all wanted to see him to do in the game and the way we wanted to see on our Rockets team as well. I didn't see any reason to care that much if our player was to become the leading scorer and the star of an exhibition game unless you're more of a that player's fan than this team's fan.

Im a Rockets fan, im also a players fan. But im a Rockets players fan. You see i was rooting for Tito, and Bokie to be in the Rookie game, and i was pissed that Griff got ignored for the Sophmore rookie game. I dont care for stats too much as long as we win. But we need to give the players who deserve the credit, the credit. I love every single Rockets player down to Collier. The only one i could not stand was Kenny Thomas and im greatful hes gone. Im just saying Francis doesnt get enough pub, and losers like Antwoin Walker and Paul Peirce get more. Hell even Andre Miller, and Baron Davis. Where was Francis at the Goodwill games, and have they even called him up for the Olimpics, i doubt it. Im sure theyll call Jay Williams, or Jason Kidd or Payton, hell even Marbury before Francis. Francis needs his Props he is the best PG in the NBA and the world needs to know that.

I know I'm pissed too when Yao only got a few minutes of playing time, but I know that down the stretch he's not capable to play clutch time yet.......not at the all-star game when everyone's a deserving clutch player. As for Francis, he did a tremendous job at the game and compared to last year he got so much more respect. I like that. He will continue to get more respects and maybe one day he will be MVP.....same goes to Yao. watch his next allstar game when he takes over...he still has a long way to go. I hope one day I'll see Griffin and Mobley in the all-star games as well......

Maybe his performance at the all-star game will catch peoples eyes. I also think that the Rockets as a team have something to do with that, if he was on a winning team like the Mavs. or the Kings, he would get a lot more credit. Hopefully when the Rockets wake up and realize that they are starting to be the "bad" team they they cant beat and the "bad" teams are starting to be the good teams that beat them, they will start winning games. Stop playing up to teams, and play them all the same, because you say well we beat all the good teams but we lose to all the bad ones, what does that make you? Well, my point here was as soon as the rockets wake up out of this weird schizo phase, things will start to look good for stevie, yao, and the team.
