    In a former life I was a medic in the army. I got my LVN and then my RN in emergency care. I worked in the Madigan Army Medical Center in Ft. Lewis Washington and saw everything there is to see.

    I would bet $$ that you have a tummy ache.

    Only kidding sounds like a localized stomach virus. The headache is from dehydration. Try and keep liquids down. Even if its a teensy sip at a time. If you can't keep ANY fluids down for 8 hrs or more go to the doc and get some D5 or saline.
