lol I'm just saying that to the Lin fans since somehow they always say Lakers for some odd reason. Toronto seems better imo.

 

If Morey agrees he must not have truly graduated from MIT...Lakers will love that but not so much for Houston. Without Lin and Parsons, Houston will suffer much...potentially.

I don't think you understand what the all-star games are about.

It's not the All-NBA Team where it honors statistically great players, but rather it's about popularity and who the fans what to see.

So there is nothing rational about it. For example, both Nash and Rubio have barely even played and yet they're getting a bunch of votes because they have fans who want to see them.

There's no such thing about being "all-star worthy" because it's determined by the fans. And if there are enough fans that want to see a player, then he is "worthy."

It really is that simple.

There are several others who literally don't give a single F that the Rockets won. You can see it because they don't even seem happy about the win and will just whine and whine about Lin's minutes.

I think there are a lot of fans...even some that have been Rocket fans for a long time that WANT this to work out. We saw what Lin did against the Spurs we WANT this to work out.

If it does work out though it's going to be a long process, especially with Mchale.

how about having douglas/lin/harden play together some?

Knicks often put felton/kidd/melo together and even though they're undersized, it's working.

What is trivial is the player only fan nonsense. In my opinion either you are a good poster a decent poster or on my ignore list. I don't care who your favourite player is. And I try my best (I am not always successful) to defend Lin & other players as well with facts & numbers and in depth analysis.

On things that I feel way to passionately about I avoid. For example Royce white. I stopped entering that thread because I love the kid & the stuff that is said about him on that thread sickens me.

And this is all you took away from my post? This is why I avoided the entire LOF conversation and was trying to just converse about the game, the win & what the Rockets should do going forward.
