I find it interesting that tom brady allowed flacco to go off for almost 400 yards like that, giving way to jacoby's gangsta pose*** *** fantasy dorks tend to act like their favorite qbs also line up on defense versus the other team, which i find sort of amusing too.
Good ol' Ian Eagle. I like listening to his play-by-play announcing. This is the perfect opportunity for the Texans to gain momentum going into the play-offs. Three games left and not one of them is a nationally televised game. No pressure, no excuses. Kubiak has said all season long that one of the most important goals for a team during the season is to be playing at their best at the end. I just hope they get it together.
Don't know about that one, their butts are pretty much on the line now. Lose twice to the Colts and the roof caves in.
Go Rockets...I mean Texans haha. Do you guys know how good Matt Schaub is? He is going to be the best Texans QB behind David Carr of course. He had such a great career. The Colts have never met such an amazing force. Did you guys see the Texans play last week? Complete domination of the Pats!! We may not have won but we completely destroyed them on both sides of the ball. They just had a lucky play at the end of the game. Go Texans!
All these trolls have their work cut out for them. We've got the youngest team in football, most of our top talent signed for a while or still on rookie deals, .846 winning percentage, playoff berth clinched with a couple shopping weeks before Christmas. I don't think many franchises in the NFL wouldn't trade with us.
Every single one of your posts has been a troll attempt and every one of them has been a total fail that gets no reaction. I feel embarrassed for you.
Just want to point out that you're way off. At the beginning of the season we were 22nd youngest team. http://bloggingthebeast.com/2012/09/01/ranking-the-nfl-teams-by-age-rams-and-eagles-have-the-two-youngest-teams-in-the-nfl-chargers-are-the-oldest/ Now back to the oncoming beat down of the Colts...
Expect a through and harsh beatdown of the Colts...The Team redeems their selves for a disgusting primetime performance... 35-14
I'm shocked that Vegas has us by 9 over the Colts after that debacle. The Colts must be among the biggest underdog ever for a 9-4 team. Anyway, I don't really care too much here. Luck will probably have his typical game of huge yards, some INTs, and put up some points. The Texans should be able to finally do damage on offense against their truly pathetic defense. But right now, I have absolutely no faith in our defense stopping anyone, including Indy. On the bright side, we can potentially still sew up home field with a win and Denver+NE loss.
Hmmm... Let's take a look at how each fared against common opponents. Dolphins Texans W 30-10 Colts W 23-20 JAX Texans W 27-7; W 43-37OT Colts L 22-17; W 27-10 Titans Texans W 38-14; W 24-10 Colts W 19-13OT; W 27-23 Jets Texans W 23-17 Colts L 22-17 Packers Texans L 42-24 Colts W 30-27 Bills Texans W 21-9 Colts W 20-13 Bears Texans W 13-6 Colts L 59-24 Lions Texans W 34-31OT Colts W 35-33 Pats Texans L 42-14 Colts L 59-24 I don't really see too much difference there. I realize the NFL is a game of inches, but these teams don't seem as far apart as some would believe. To me...
Opened at 49 and -8. Looks like the total is going down just a bit (big deal), but the 8 is creeping towards 8 1/2 and I've seen a 9 posted with an online casino...although MGM and Stations still have the game at 7 1/2. Seems like the books are expecting a manhood-check game for the Texans. They really could use it.
The colts are not a good team. They have a negative point differential. They are doing it with smoke and mirrors.
This can be a misleading stat. A couple of key games can swing it too severely in the wrong direction. By this logic, the Chargers at +11 are a better team than the Colts and essentially on par with the Redskins. I'd say that's hardly the case. I will say that, in general, that stat can be used for some generalizations. I'm just not sure it applies as much to the current situation.
