He's playing good D on Mayo so far.

If an offensive player can't shoot, he is usually useless. Lin has himself and maybe his shooting coach to blame.

Seems getting traded is not that far-fetched idea any more. At least, Bill Simmons thinks it would happen soon.

Lin is not going to get many minutes in this game if

    1) Mayo remains hot AND
    2) No one other than Douglas can guard him.

Just be glad that Douglas is making his shots right now.

Why? That's a legit concern, why bench the starter when this player wasnt playing terribly? In fact Lin was shooting well and getting to the line.

My only problem is they are not giving Lin any playing time. In past games no matter how lin plays they take him out. Rockets loss for paying him 25 mil. If they want TD to start, so be it.

That's where he belongs. TD will be starting before you know it. I want Lin to play great but it's been 18 games and at some point coach has to move on.

They don't need a point guard who lack confidence and can't shoot. If he can't even get playing time with Toney Douglas as backup pg that tells you something.

Are you really concerned about someone's PT when we just stormed back into this game? Team > Player.

Wait, you are saying Lin was on Mayo?
I though Harden was supposed to be on Mayo as a shooting guard.

To be fair, Lin was playing well in those 6 mins. Got to the line and actually made a 3 pointer. OJ Mayo was just hot (I think Parsons was guarding him in the beginning?).

The lineup with TD fueled our comeback so McHale just decided to leave Lin on the bench. Lin'll probably see more time in the 2nd half when Harden gets a rest cause there's no way he should be playing 48 mins.

James Hardin is such a beast. Guy is going to go off for 50 points.

Won't belittle his performance, but Mavericks defense especially our interior defense maybe the wost in the NBA. No shot blockers + slow footed bigs.

I don't even want to think about what Russell Westbrook or Tony Parker will do to us in division play

    Nevertheless Hardin killing it
