Who would you like to see the Rockets pick?

I will nominate SG Dahnte Jones from Duke. A decent shooter with a defensive mind-set.

Right now I like Steve Logan, Maryland U.

He is a defensive player who scores, good assist/turnover ratio with a good 3pt accuracy. He is also a leader in assists. I also like that he may have enough size to play the 2 and back up Francis and Cuttino. Our team seems to like all guards to have point guard skills.

I especially like the idea of adding depth to our backcourt.

An international player who needs 1-3 more years of seasoning overseas.

As much as I hate A&M I would take Benard King with the pick because he is a combo guard that is a nice shooter and has nice size at 6'5

I trade it and perhaps a future first to move up and pick Luke Walton.

That plus Yao... we'd never be rid of Bill Walton.

I'd take Luke Walton or Jason Gardner. But I think the stock of both players will rise after Arizona makes another deep run in the tourney.

Also watch out for the Pac-10's leading scorer, Cal's Joe Shipp. A two guard who can post up, has some range, and has the size to D up on bigger two guards. He could be a nice backup. I just wonder if he's quick enough to make it on the next level.
