    Vasquez would be a good back up point guard.

    Ryan Anderson would be perfect for the lakers.

    Are you proposing the Lakers trade Pau Gasol to New Orleans for Ryan Anderson and Grievis Vaquez? Because you didn't actually say that. Your thread title doesn't actually say that.

    Kevin Durant + Eric Maynor for Gasol. OKC gets their lowscoring threat. LA gets a backup point guard in Maynor and a filler contract as a throw-in, no big deal.

    Lakers fans would still think it's unfair on their behalf. Throw in Westbrook as a filler and you have deal.

    Lakers have nothing to trade in order to get Anderson. Gasol is not equivalent value, not even close when you factor in their respective ages and contracts.

    Of course, that hasn't stopped them from ripping people off before... we'll see.
