    Just wanted to start a thread to take a reading on what everyone would be getting their spouse/significant other for the holidays.

    Leaning towards a day spa gift cerficate or a Kindle for my lady......

    Kindle Fire HD for her to download her notes and read off of the Kindle while training her clients. Bought a new chandelier and I am paying to have it put in our stairway, which is gonna be one nasty ordeal thanks to all of the scaffolding in a curved staircase. Also having a large rock waterfall river thing or whatever installed in the back yard. I think that's enough.

    Wish Amazon had a holiday deal for the HD. The 2 discounts on the Fire have been nice, but HD has so much added value.

    Yeah, they never went down from the $199 price for the HD, but I love the thing and now she does too. Our iPad's are pretty much dust collectors now. Just never really liked them to begin with, and the 7" is PERFECT for all of the traveling we do.
