Rajon Rondo fight with Kris Humphries, ends assist streak

Seriously, I feel like every time Rondo plays, he tries his best to purposely get 10+ assist a game. I saw a few games where he was wide open and instead of shooting it, he passes it to his teammate who was guarded and somehow they made the shot. There was one time where Rondo was on a fast break and he was absolutely by himself, then he slows down so one of his teammate can catch up to him so he can pass them the ball to get an assist.

A lot of those games its almost really annoying watching the way how he gets his double digit assist numbers. I know guys like CP3 or Deron Williams can get double digit in assist if they want but they don't purposely try to get it, but instead just play for the win.

Some people can say that Rondo can assist better than Stockton. Stockton gets his assist and play for the win. Stockton will get you 10+ assist as well as putting up 15-20 points. Maybe Im just going crazy but I think Rondo plays a lot of time to fill up his assist stats. I'm glad that Rondo streak is gone. I think a lot of times he plays just for his assist stats and flashes to his game.

 

Rondo has been stat hogging for that assists record anyway. And that Humphries foul was barely worth a mention, much less a fight.

Because it's Rondo. He's a hothead and always trying to start stuff with whoever he can.

 

Rondo is a badass. He was standing up for KG. He's a real PG, a real leader. I like what I saw from Asik yesterday but Rondo is always standing up for his players. We have a lot of softies on the Rockets that run at the sight of danger.

 

Let's see if Garnett gets fined for his flop.

I doubt KG gets called out for a flop. It might have been a flop, but it looks like he was leaning back to try to get his shot off over the defender and a small push knocked him off balance. It wasn't a foul and it may or may not have been a flop. So, the league does nothing on it. Rondo way overreacted over nothing.

 

KG started this whole mess or was there something more to it before the game????

 

RONDO~~~ LOVE IT. Rondo and KG. Love that duo. I can't understand people who diss KG and Rondo. Must not have seen many Celtics games. Listening to ESPN too much? Spending a bit too much time on ESPN comment boards maybe?

You can choose what you want to believe. But regurgitating casual hater fan BS about KG being soft and Rondo being a punk is ridiculous.

Rondo is such an idiot. The worst part is he appears to have actually witnessed the "foul" go down. You know, it would be one thing if he had his back turned, saw a teammate hit the floor hard then reacted. But no, he saw it all unfold. Bonehead.

 

This all stemmed from a pre-season game when the Nets murdered the Celtics on the board. I guess the Celtics don't like it when they're manhandled.

Funny thing is they lost the game AT HOME.
