This is my favorite cut of meat.

    The Bistecca Fiorentina
They serve this at a winery in the hill country.

This is probably the next closest thing to heaven

Make sure to get this also

    Insalata di Asparagi
Grilled asparagus salad with tomato-basil pesto, goat cheese, baby salad greens & balsamic vinaigrette

The wood grilled asparagus is so good.

This one is legit. I've eaten at a lot of the top steakhouses around the country, and Perry's cowboy ribeye is in my top-5.

Oh it's in Driftwood. I haven't been over that way except to eat at the Salt Lick. I'm familiar with the Fredericksburg area wineries around 290 out there. Thought it might be one of those

I'm not as familiar with Fredericksburg. I know Wimberley and the surrounding areas pretty well.

The Duchman Family Winery is the only Texas winery that I think is even worth visiting. Everything else that we have ever tried is pretty terrible.

The grounds are nice and the restaurant is pretty good as well. It used to be owned by the Mandola family.
