I didn't see this posted anywhere, so here goes:

First of all Ch.11 sucks. Zero coverage of training camp. Ch.2 had nothing but an interview with Carlos Rogers?!? Unless I missed something. Ch.13 had the best of the big three with an interview with Dream, but, as always, Fox 26 had the best coverage, including the same interview from the Day practice.

Hakeem said he felt good jumping around in the day practice, but was interested in seeing how the running went at night. Of course, Mark Berman was the only local news guy to actually return for the night practice, and Dream said, "I was winded. Hopefully, it will get better." Not an exact quote, but close. In an interview with Rudy, he said, "We're going to watch him very close." Mo Taylor said, "We had heard that Dream might not be running, but he was out there running with the rest of us. It kinda motivated the young guys." Not a direct quote either.

I expected Dream to be winded because he was out of shape, but he didn't follow with "I expected that" or "that is normal after the first day."

    Hopefully, things will improve.

BTW-I had to wait until the Yankees/A's were over, and then through 45 minutes of local news to get that. I got to see my hometown boy pick up the win, though. Go Andy!

Dream has started the last two seasons by saying he was in great shape, having worked out with a track coach.

The fact that he is already off to a slow start does not bode well for his final season.

Maybe Dream should try some underwater activity...like swimmers breathing exercises. I have no idea if it would help him, but it may be worth a shot.

    BTW...GO YANKEES!!

Dream has a tendency to over diagnose his problem.

When he had atrial fibulation, he was really worried about it, until he learned that it was not a big deal.

I presume the same thing is happening with the Asthma.

Yeah, is there a reason Hakeem is out of shape? Was he under doctor's orders not to work out or something? My expectations were so high of him due to his amazing accomplishments and hard work during most of his career, but the last few years....really disappointing
