And i'm more excited than when I learned of the Harden signing. I seriously forgot that parsons is a legit 6'9" and has the ability to play small forward on a consistent starting basis. with asik you can let patterson be more of an offensive threat without having to be a big rebounding pf. that along with a small forward the size of parsons. i am concerned about lin's contract hindering their ability to sign other players. for some reason i was thinking it was five million a year, which is about my cutoff point personally for contracts that start to work against a team when a player doesn't perform up to that level.

lin is never gonna be an eight million dollar a year player, we should all accept that as truth at this point. but as long as he hits open jumpers and doesn't turn the ball over, the backcourt should be fine with the stellar play of harden carrying most of the weight.

Funny, you just saw your first game this season, what makes you so qualified than the other fans that saw all 10+?

Wow. Really? This guy was OBVIOUSLY just stating his opinion, not trying to sound more qualified.

What makes you qualified enough to decide who is qualified about being qualified? WHO CARES!

You've only watched one game, yet you were able to come to these conclusions?

never is a long time, how about letting this season play out first before declaring Lin is never going to be worth 8 million a year? And the Rox can still sign 1 more near max player even with all the contracts. The team is building chemistry on the run, one game they'll look bad, and another game they will look amazing like last night.

Maybe the Rockets should hire you the the GM, since you can come to all those "conclusion" by just watching one game.

==> Lin has played awesome D. Felton was hot, but Lin just stopped him.

==> Today, Lin is top 5 G (Pg or SG) stat on Rebounds and Blocks.
==> And almost top 10 overall position on Assists and Steals,

==> Just his shot is fall, yet, but is almost the same last season, already.

But when it start to fall, he will become, top 10 PG.

And he is just 24, much upside.

All this Lin hating is annoying, because nobody care for his stats, and numbers dont lie.

    But im ok with this.

When Lin had signed i knew, this portion of Texas have some race issues.

this is not a lin thread idiot, and i hope you lin only fans would have enough freakin sense to see that. i listed every player on the team, yes i mentioned lin's contract, because this is the nba and there are salary caps and dude is getting paid a grip. its an issue everytime you discuss lin as he relates to the team overall, deal with it.

This is the first game I have watched all season too and I have come to the conclusion that based on this one game, chandler parsons is the best player in the league.

Why are you being so rude? Surely if you come to conclusions based on one game, this poster should be able to make conclusions about you based on one post....
