    I know what you mean and I agree that there is a learning curve like you say and that this is a product of communication and understanding being a problem. But I do think that they have already taken an unusual approach in this situation. I think that Royce acts like a child and all indications(which could be false) are that he is missing practices and not even attempting to utilize the help they have offered. You said he may not live up to his own end of the bargain and I think that is what has been happening.

    Personally, I think on top of it all he feels entitled. More to the point, he is destroying any progress that his cause had by taking it out on the organization and saying the things he has said. I know that people think we should hold him to a different standard because of his problems but I'm having trouble doing it.

    Part of me wants him to rebound from this and prove to myself and everyone that he is worth the problems. Realistically, the Rockets are going to issue some sort of statement tomorrow and I can't see Royce being a Rocket for very much longer.

    I really don't understand that post,but being an asset is good.The NBA is a business,not a church league summer camp.At this point Royce really has no value at all,he is a negative asset.
