Seriously. This guy is such a fraud that his 30,000+ points insult the NBA. I hate this guy. He talks about himself in the third person. What a friggin' idiot. He flops 75% of the time he touches the ball... the only times he doesn't flop is when his guy is 3 feet off and he settles for a jumper. And to think flying home last week (SLC) I had to listen to some sharpei fat ass child molesting boy scout leader tell me that Dream travelled on every play. ARGGHGHHGHGHHH.

I watched this guy blocked out up under the basket w/ 3 pairs of arms above him tonight. He had nowhere to go... did he call a timeout? No. He placed the ball on a guys' chest and then (dropping the ball) he ripped his arms up in the air and pulled his head from left to right in a flailing motion... as if this would make any sense to any rational non-utard friggin' referee. Of course he got the stupid call.

After seeing all of this crap... after listening to Jerry Sloan tell me so philosophically that "that's how you play the game" I've had enough. Playing the game is not expecting the referees to bail you out when you suck. Playing the game is rising to the challenge before you. Playing the game is not giving your opponent a frogger in the forearm or kicking someone in the groin or elbowing them in the temple.

Karl Malone you may smile when the announcers talk about your achievements but I hope that you recognize that before the injuries Charles always owned you like the cheap back-country piece of trash that you are.

When you look at the trophyless mantle...

when you send the alimony to your illegitimate kids...

when you're fueling up the PeterBuilt at $1.50/g for diesel and you cry patriotically for today's truck driver...

just remember that everything you are sucks.

    My god Achebe.

That is probably the greatest rant ever concering Karl Malone. You summed up, quite succintly, all my feelings regarding Malone's bullsh*t style game and his cheap acting skills.

On a side note, the reason Jerry Sloan said those things is because he did the exact same things when he played. In fact, i would not be surprised if it was found out that Sloan actually used time in practice to teach his players to flop, throw dirty elbows, and generally cause as much pain as possible without getting caught.

It makes me sick to watch the Jazz play basketball.

    Achebe, that was just beautiful.

I got my blood pressure up over Thanksgiving when a cousin who grew up in Utah went on and on about how Malone is so great. I won the argument (actually, he finally just shut up, so I claim victory).

As Raven said, that is the best Karl Malone rant I've ever had the pleasure to read.

    As they say, the free-throws never lie;

How many clutch free throws does Karl miss in the playoffs?

    HEB, love it.

Hey, I have a question: after Stock, Malone, Sloan, and all the remnants of the Jazz as we know them are gone, would it be possible to actually like or respect the Jazz when they start playing .500 ball after 10 losing seasons?

    Just wondering.

HEB, I applaud that effort. What is truly sad though is that future generations will judge today's players by their numbers. And those numbers might lead them to believe that Malone was one of the greatest players of his generation, ahead of Hakeem and maybe behind only Jordan. The numbers, my friends, don't tell the entire story. The real story is that Karla flopped his way to alot of free throws but couldn't win a playoff series against an elite team if his career depended on it. And it did.

Achebe, i agree with everything you said. I too watched that horrible game last night because it looked like the jazz would lose. Malone gets so much preferential treatment from the damn officials. when Malone had a layup and no one touched him, they called a foul. When he was trapped they called a foul. Just makes me sick. He had about 20 freethrows, but only about 6 of them were from real fouls. He got the call every friggin trip down the court. And he wasnt even the hero of that game! Danny Manning is the one who bailed him out and made all the big shots. In the post game interview, Karl seemed surprised that his bs'ing actually got them the win. I'm glad someone else noticed this and felt the same way i did.

It gets to be not so funny when you hear it all day.....

WE MUST beat this team in Salt Lake City on the 15th. I don't know if I can go on if we don't. I've been to every game in Salt Lake against Houston for the past several years, and each time it gets harder (anybody remember that Malone shot with 'bout 2 seconds left to win it?).

IT MUST END NOW. AND WE MUST END IT.
If there is a God, please.....LET THIS SUFFERING END.

Just curious . . . is there any reason behind the fact that there are so many Rocket fans in Utah?
