Francis, Mobley, gonna be featured Next Saturday on MTV

    I saw a commercial on MTV about a celebrity basketball match or something like that featuring Francis, Mobley, JOHN SALLEY, and some others... Also, Nelly, Lil Bow Wow, and a bunch of other rappers will be there also. Game starts at noon I believe.

    It prolly wont be like a serious game or something, but c'mon, you get to watch Francis and Mobley.

    I'm hoping all this off-season play isn't gonna leave Francis gasping by the end of the season. I know they're just pick-up games, but the risk of injury and late-seasno fatigue has me a bit worried. I guess he's young and can handle it. Hopefully there's nothing like a "sophomore wall".

    It will be nice to see how good Franchise is now. I don't think a few pickup games will really harm his game. On the contrary, the games will help increase Franchise's endurance and add to his experience.

    The reason that Francis seems to be playing his heart out this offseason and other players are practically invisible, is because Francis has been playing under the spotlight. I'm guessing most NBA players keep themselves as busy during the offseason.
    Anyway, as you already said, Francis is young and should be able to take it. Fatigue shouldn't be an issue. Freak injuries can always happen, whether he's playing with his little cousin in the backyard or showing his stuff in a friendly game for MTV.

    Game starts at around 12:00 P.M. I cant remember if it was 12 central time, or 12 eastern time, but it's somewhere around there. Tune in a lil early to be safe.
