I don't give a damn - we have the best back-court in the NBA. We just need the peanut butter for our pb&j sandwich.

3-1 Memphis Grizzlies coming up ~

    10/31 Grizzlies 92 - 101 Clippers LOSS
    11/02 Grizzlies 104 - 94 Warriors WIN
    11/05 Grizzlies 103 - 94 Jazz WIN
    11/07 Grizzlies 108 - 90 Bucks WIN

They lost to the clippers but since then have smashed every team by over 9 points. Their last game, scoring 18 more points than the Bucks.

Mil. Bucks - backcourt combined for an inefficient 11/38 from the field. and were out-matched physically by the bigmen of memphis and lost in rebounding.

Thoughts ~ Rebounds, have to win on both sides of the court. More hustle by our Forwards to rebound. I expect rebounds from Lin/Harden/Asik ~ but this is a team game the rest have to also bust some balls.

Raise the tempo and pace - Don't let Memphis set the pace, which they will attempt to do from the very beginning based on the amount they are scoring per game. Make Memphis keep up with the Rockets.

I'm convinced based on the preseason game and our first 2 games that McHale has to get some GOObeGONE and unsticky our team - make oil their ball bearings and shoot them down a steep hill.

    Looking forward to Friday!

    Thoughts and opinions?

It's safe to say that Harden will have to score 40+ for us to win this one.

If Harden has to put up 40 pts, I'd say that's closer to a loss. His crazy efficiency in the first two games isn't sustainable. To get that many pts, he will be forcing shots as a volume scorer.

Tony Allen will not let Harden get 40 points. He will have to earn all his points.

Lin should control the ball more, Harden should be able to benefit from Lin making some plays.

Oh, and the Rookies (Jones) need to f'in play.

Yeah, forgot about Tony Allen. Harden will still have to score 40 for us to win, though.
