So you think Romney has a better ground game in Ohio than Obama? There is no chance he (Romney) wins Ohio, which means he's dead in the water.

I promise you the right-wing talking heads are polishing up their excuses for losing and will be well-versed on radio, TV and internet forums tomorrow. Be prepared for an onslaught of spam, lies and complete trash from sore losers who just can't stop acting like lunatics.

I hope and pray they come out of the wilderness and offer me a legit option against the Dems in 2016.

    This.

Reducing the number of days people can do early voting, jam the lines, and discourage one of the most precious priviliges enjoyed by all Americans. Funny (not really) how you don't see chit like that with the democrat's secretaries of state.

    Shameful.

You do know some states don't have early voting right? Like PA, NY, CN, MA, RI, DE, VA, MI, WI, MN, MO, KY, AL, MS, SC. Many of which have Demo leadership.

Voter suppression is malarkey. Maybe when there were Jim Crow laws and women didn't have the right to vote, but not anymore. Especially when you have black panthers sitting outside voting stations with wooden weapons.;)

You can say it's malarkey but if you look in the Florida thread, there's plenty examples of Republicans admitting it.

Ignore that all you want, but because you are ignoring, doesn't mean it's malarkey.

The only thing that video shows is that fake votes shouldn't count. There is a long history of problems of fake votes happening in Demo states such as Cook county IL. If I have to have a license to drive a car or and ID to buy alcohol, I should have one to vote.

I think it's an attack on Romney.

With respect to your sister, don't all the Republicans talk "enthusiasm, enthusiasm" this year? First thing out of their mouths when you ask them their honest opinion. At least she tempers her opinion a bit.

Still, when you're in the thick of a campaign, you're caught up in that fever. Her counterpart in the Obama campaign feels the same way about Obama.

Man, depending on who wins today.... Half the country's gonna be depressed/pissed.

    Its called not being arrogant.
Have you ever considered, that just maybe. There is a chance you are WRONG? Oh yeah. Dwight Howard.

I have considered many, many times whether there's a chance I am wrong.

There's about a 1% chance. History says it is 0%. When you look at the poll data, and unwind the bias out of it, it says 0%. Romney has a 99% chance of winning this election, not a 92% chance of losing this election.

That is not arrogant. I've provided you the evidences for what I believe. Arrogancy is willfully ignoring facts and pumping the wrong odds.

It's definitely an attack on Romney but it's also true. I got slammed in the 08 election for not voting for McCain by friends and I'm getting slammed for not voting for Romney again this time around.

    This reasoning is unsound.

You vote for outcomes, not candidates.

And I'm pretty sure he believes the outcome will be the same if either Obama or Romney is elected.

Here is my *HILARIOUS* Facebook status update from this morning:

I've already got 4 likes and 2 comments. I'd say that's pretty damn good.

"analyst" on NPR this AM (paraphrasing): Tea Party enthusiasm and momentum are way down after 2010, and won't be a factor this year.

    heh.

So what do you guys think. Should we create an election day thread (like 08) or just use this one? I think I'd prefer to just keep it all in here.

I wouldn't mind an "In this thread every post must have a presidential race update" thread...i.e., news without all the banter.
