Have any of you seen this movie? I enjoyed it thoroughly. Link to imdb trailer It's also on blue ray now.
I was on the fence about seeing this. I wanted to, then the reviews were just terrible. I'm glad you liked it, I'll give it a look...
Spoiler The ending had me standing up and yelling in triumph. Please watch it. It is a very likable movie. About halfway through you are like what are they trying to do but by the end you are smiling and full of the warm glow of having just watched a good movie.
I watched it in theaters back in the summer. It's a nice little heartfelt indie film. Well written, well acted, and well shot. Don't regret paying 8 bucks for it at all. And if I ever have an opportunity to post a picture of Aubrey Plaza, I take it.
Yea i liked the movie until the ending...idk the ending just didnt work for me but the movie is still worth watching.
Spoiler Why i didn't like the ending was the fact that there actually was a time machine that worked...it was similar to when they showed the aliens in Signs, i think signs would have been 10x better if the aliens were never shown. I think the wonder and mystery was more important then actually knowing and the fact that the time machine worked pushed the movie into the science fiction genre, to me the movie would have been better if they just left the movie with a hanging conclusion (i.e. inception)
Yeah where you reading your reviews?? This thread is literally the only negative opinions I've heard/read on the movie. I'm super excited to see it
Spoiler I thought the fact the time machine was real and worked was awesome! The whole time you think this guy is dumb and just weird, like what was with the whole fake ear thing. But when it worked and the writer put his fist in the air; I did the same thing. I would have been mad if they didn't deliver an actual time machine.
I remember seeing a poster for this at a movie theater a while back and was like HOLY **** cause I thought it was gonna be like this: http://hardsafety.ytmnd.com/ But it turns out it's a bunch of feel goodery, pass
When I read the sypnosis I thought it was a documentary, but when I saw the trailer and realized it was an indy hipster flick I was disappointed, I'd give it a go on Netflix or if someone loaned me a copy but I wouldn't go out of my way for it
