Tonight the Heart of a Champion suffered a severe injury and was placed on the injured list indefinitely. The Rockets most important part of the team will be sorely missed and makes the Rockets a long shot to make the play-offs.

In other news the Lakers won tonight moving a game closer to Houston and pulling them within 3.5 games out of the 8th play-off spot.

And finally out of the NBA rumor mill the Rockets have offered to trade both Francis and Mobley to the Chinese National Team for Guo Shioiang and Hu Weidong in an attempt to upgrade the Rockets passing game. The Chinese Team was rumored to have rejected trade because they did not feel that either Francis or Mobley were intelligent enough to learn enough about basketball to be of any use to the team.

Lol, and we (both Rudy and us posters) thought the Chinese guards don't pass enough of the ball. The Rocket guards aren't much different, so I guess Yao is used to it.

    -G'day-

At this point, Yao is probably longing for his national team days.

It seems like just yesterday everyone was saying how much better Yao Ming would be in Houston because the Chinese guards couldn't get him the ball. LMAO

On ESPN tonight, both NBA 2Night and Around the Horn talked about our guards' inability to get the ball to Yao. The Chinese must have been watching the programs. ;)

They got it to him in the first half, but in the 2nd half they were trying to "get their gun off" like MI 2.

LA beating Phoenix is not a bad thing. You've got to figure LA is going to make the playoffs, anyway. So I would like to see Phoenix be the odd team out, especially to hurt Stoudemire's chances of beating out Yao for the ROY. Phoenix does have one more loss than us, and seem to be on the decline after an earlier hot streak.
