Kind of fitting. A bunch of fans can't watch the team on TV at home, so they offer a discount for folks to go to TC with its gigantic screen.

The Rockets choose to put their games on a TV provider with limited accessibility, so, yeah.

You can't watch your team play on tv like you have for the last thirty years but feel free to come down and spend $150 to watch them play in the meantime. Um, thanks.

It's not all on the Rockets. I'm supportive of their efforts to give us unprecedented coverage into our local teams. This will work out soon enough and people will forget there was a whole week at the beginning of an 82-game season where they couldn't watch the games.

What's funny is that this money the Astros and Rockets will eventually make off these deals is going to help them have the revenues to compete with other big market teams, yet that fact seems to be completely lost on people. For all the scorn people heap on this team, I wonder why they even bother. It's just basketball.

It IS all on the Rockets, there is no way they should have made the deal with Comcast until deals were in place for the other major providers in this market. At THIS POINT it might not be in their hands, but they were the ones who made the deal knowing that over half of their fan base would be left out.

And when you say it will "work out soon enough and people will forget there was a whole week they couldn't watch games" . . .go tell that to the people of Portland, in their 7th year of having ONLY comcast carry games and the rest of the carriers out of luck. 7th YEAR!

That's a great deal but I refuse to buy tickets until this Comcast bs is over! The Rockets sales office had the nerve to call me today, I let them have it!

Usually what we do is pick them up at the box office, but when ordering tickets there it usually has options for Roll Call Pick Up, Mail Delivery, and FlashSeats. It only has FlashSeats now. Weird.

I turned down my suit tickets tonight. Seriously want to support the team in person, but until Les and Crane quit being such greedy scum, I'm not giving them even 1 cent.
