I want to try but we are actually winning. I am confused why Terrence isn't playing, but nothing alarming at all.
Look, either post what it is you don't like or don't even bother posting. We don't need any more garbage threads on the BBS.
I thought the rotation tonight was going to be..... Lin/Douglas Harden/Delfino Parsons/Morris Jones/Dmo Asik/Smith
I'm just wondering why Jones is not seeing the court, he's not taking out Morris despite his poor play so something is up..either he's clueless or Jones didn't respond well to the fact Morris starting over him. It just doesn't make sense.
He is just playing his vet's i guess out of respect... Jones needs PT...he was the most consistent PF during the summer/preseason...
BS! It's almost like last year when we were screaming for a center when we couldn't get a rebound with Scola / Pat at center. Just mind boggling. I never understand why coaches don't react when everybody else sees a guy underperforming for more than just a few minutes.
http://blog.chron.com/ultimaterocke...-nod-in-opener-in-place-of-injured-patterson/ McHale just feels sorry for Morris, wanting to give him a shot before we ship his ass out.
McHale is an idiot. Terrence Jones works his ass off in the preseason and he gives away the starting spot to some jackass who is too scared to play in the post and thinks he's the second coming of Carmelo Anthony.
How is it BS? Last year we had no center. It's only the first freakin game. Let the rookies earn their playing time, and give the senior players respect. It's that obvious.
Marcus Morris didn't earn ANYTHING. Obviously if Patterson were here he'd be starting, but without Patterson are you telling me Morris deserves anything more than Jones does?
ITS. THE. FIRST. GAME. OF. THE. SEASON. If Morris, or even Patterson, is still starting by 40 games in, THEN you guys can start complaining like babies. If I was a coach I would do the same damn thing. Letting a rookie take your playing time after you've been with an organization longer than them will cause chemistry issues, maybe not on the court, but off the court.
Terrence would only have started for one single game anyway. Chemistry issues? Seriously? This isn't the damn preseason. These games actually count, you put the best players out on the court period. If Morris were somewhat equivalent in talent and potential to Terrence Jones then sure, but when the gap in talent between the two is this ridiculous, there is just no way you can let seniority be the sole factor of who gets the starting job.
