I feel that Asik would be named MIP by the end of the year.

If the draft was done today, Jones would be a lottery pick. He is a stud.Besides Lillard, Davis, Beal and maybe one or two players, jones is certianly a top 5 to 7 pick. We got lucky big time

It's sad to see but Lin is looking like he did at Golden State. Good scrappy defender with absolutely no jumpshot. It's troubling because he has been consistently bad at shooting this whole preseason.

Now Royce White's got a 10 hour car ride to Orlando and then a 15 hour ride back to Houston after that...LOL

All for 7:30 minutes of preseason playing time.

That's how I saw his game too. Granted my stream was a bit fuzzy (LOL) but I swear he was getting hammered with no calls, which is absolute BS.

I think Jones played well but I don't think he outplayed Davis. There were a lot of thing Anthony did that were really disruptive. A few of those tough shots Lin was taking was because of how disruptive Davis is on defense.

At least he is not complaining about playing time you know?

He is doing his job and having fun it seems just getting that little bit of burn.

my top 7 list before the draft was:
    in no particular order,
1-3: davis, beal, drummond trob or mkg
    4-7: drummond, jones, trob, lillard

I think people are overplaying this entire "Lin played great defense" thing.

    1. It was the Hornets

    2. They were missing Rivers (not sure that's even a bad thing to be honest) & by far their best player in Eric Gordon.

    2. He was checking without question, by far the slowest Guard in the League at this moment in time.

    4. Vazquez still had 13/11

    5. It was the Hornets

He's obviously a great guy and his story was amazing (until he got paid in the summer at least) but it's time to face to facts people. He's only here for show.

I'm not sure why people are complaining about it either, he'll lead this team to a losing record this year AND still fill the seats which is unquestionably a good thing. Not going to be pretty to watch but Lin was a blessing in disguise.

    Pray for Wiggins.

I'm pulling for Royce but in all honesty I don't see how this is going to pan out.

TJ outplayed Davis but lets see how much he improves 3-5 years from now compared to the other lottery picks before crowning him GOAT.

This is silly. That GSW player couldn't have made some of the passes he made tonight & definitely wasn't as good of a floor general. People are focused to much on shooting & scoring. A great pass is way more helpful towards winning than a great shot. I believe he boxed out Lopez grabbed an offensive rebound passed to Martin for a wide open 3. I take great passes & hustle plays like that & just being a floor leader any day over some crazy buzzer beater or circus shot.

Wasn't aware anyone was calling him the GOAT. Just giving the guy credit for a good game, Pessimist Man.

I dont get your logic. So because he finally became a "made" NBA player, his story sucks now?
