Well, that's it, really. Are they?

I've heard how the whole staff works really hard, especially looking at tape for long hours, etc.

My impression was that Mr. Mean was supposed to help the front court with there rebounding. We're a decent rebounding team, but our guards make account for a lot of that. Cato didn't appear to block out particularly well last year.

Are the assistant coaches an area that could be improved on this team? We talk so much about individual players, but it would seem that the coaching staff is particularly important for a young team.

I would like to see a free throw coach.

the rockets are giving away points and wins this way.

I think we as fans have dropped the ball more than the assistant coaches. Opposing teams came into the Summit last season and lit us up for 78% from the free throw line. My personal goal is drop that to the league average.

Maybe Calvin Murphy could help with the free throw issue.

"...Do you hear 'em? They're everywhere!!! AAAHHH!!!"

That's what the other teams will be saying after being shellshocked by Steve Francis and Co.

Calvin is like a coach to the rockets, he worked with steve and cato alot last season.Overall the rockets assistant coaches are doing a fine job in my opinion.Everytime I go to a game they are out there working with players on their games. Also, Jim Boylen deserves some respect. He's the hardest workin coach on the rockets, that includes Rudy.
