Yea the game was pretty boring, nothing compared to the Fiesta Bowl, i was on the edge of my seat that game.
what happened to the band?! i think that they needed to hav a band there to motivate them...bands are always cool. dontcha think?
I am going to try to be nice and respond to your post so you stop responding to yourself and feel lonely. I think feeling stupid is easier than feeling lonely. First, on this board we spell correctly, or at least we try. Next up, when you create a thread you are taking up clutch's server space so please have a point. Try to focus the conversation. If you want to chat, go to a chat room. Also, you shouldn't wear your pants above your belly button. And always choose Skyy over Grey Goose. It's just as good and half the price.
As someone with both a refined palate (unfortunately, for the sake of my wallet), and (unfortunately, for the sake of my tummy) a predisposition for indigestion, I must caution you to refrain from giving vodka advice in the future. To be sure, Skyy vodka is a wonderful bargain....as is Old Milwaukee if American beer suits your palate. That being said, Grey Goose is easily worth twice the price of Skyy. As an aside though, you were clearly giving advice to an amateur, and in that regards, Skyy would be an excellent recommendation. Although I think you should have contrasted it with the Skol or Popov that he's probably accustomed to purchasing.
I am not going to open up a vodka thread pole but I will give my last thoughts on this debate. If you think Skyy vodka is anything near rough stuff then you my friend are a bit of a fairy boy. I don't care how damn refined your taste is but you have no idea what you are talking about. GG is a fine vodka but Skyy is consistently rated within five points of Grey Goose on Vodka taste tests and it empirically has less than half the conginers of GG and if you don't know what conginers are then you shouldn't be talking about vodka. Skyy vodka is the best American Vodka after Tito's and If you have ever seen a French distellery you would appreciate Federal regulations. If you are ever in San Fran go the the Skyy distellery, you might learn something.
And oh yeah, AH, this is where you are supposed to come on and cuss me out and throw a trantrum about what a jack ass I am. Come on now, get with the program.
Should I allow these to be the last words? I think not. Skyy will give me indigestion before I can drink enough of it to worry about a hangover. Maybe those few congeners that Skyy does have are particularly nasty. I've never seen enough scientific evidence to make congeners worth discussing anyway. I think all you learned at the Skyy distillery is how to take an obscure tidbit of information and turn it into a marketing ploy. Scotch is supposed to have more congeners than any vodka, and I always will have less of a hangover with a good Scotch. I realize that different alcohols affect different people different ways though, so I really shouldn't be discussing hangovers......and neither should you. Congeners are moot. Taste is everything. And the taste of Grey Goose to me is clearly better. Apparantly, I share the opinion of most of the experts.
I will ask you this though.....because even though I disagree with you, I respect your opinion. Stolichnaya used to make a vodka called Stoli Cristall, and now it's gone from the shelves in Houston, and instead they market Stolichnaya "Gold." I've been told that Stoli Cristall was just Cristall vodka (that's now marketed under it's own name) that was being branded by Stolichnaya. Is that true? I've had Cristall, and it's simply NOT the Stoli Cristall of my memories. That stuff was dangerous. 80 proof like all the others, but it tasted like it was one part fine vodka mixed with two parts fine spring water. It went down TOO easy.
