I say it's pre-destination bounded by free will. What say you? Discuss.

There's no way this topic couldn't have already been discussed.

Anyway, no such thing as free will.

You can choose a ready guide in some celestial voice
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice
You can choose from phantom fears and kindness that can kill
    I will choose a path that's clear
    I will choose freewill

Yeah definitely a D&D topic but certainly determinism. Free will is 100% untrue. We just react to the stimuli around us.

Free Will is the only thing which defines us as Human Beings.

It is the essence of what makes us who we are.

The only thing predetermined is pro wrestling. Free will, we all choose our own paths.

There is no such thing as free will.

We are a bunch of ping pong balls living in a room with zero gravity.

The first ball started moving a long time ago, and since then, all the balls have moved as they were obligated to.

We have the science to back this up, because our brain actually determines what we're going to do before we're aware of it.

How our brain was wired (i.e. all the events that preceded us) determines how we act and react. We have no control over such things.

Yes, we react to stimuli around us, but we have the free will to react in whatever way we choose.

    I say free will.
