    Martin is playing great! Awesome to see him rebound from last season.

    Asik...I mean, wow. What a steal.

    White ends up taking jumpshots often, which is his biggest weakness. Shame.

    what do you expect? first NBA game basically...its the same when D-Mo went out and sucked everyone thought it was the end of the world and damning him to the D-League...relax people! 1st NBA minutes=nerves, not knowing what the hll is going on

    Kind of weird and uncharacteristic. I wonder if McHale has been trying to get him to do it. He's never done that. Pretty sure the most jumpers he took at ISU in a game was 3, and it's because he made 2 of them before.

    They should let him handle the ball more and distribute to others.

    All Royce had to do was drive by his man. The floor was cleared on that side because they passed the ball around the key. I don't get why he took the jumpshot.

    Yep, it's pretty common. Obviously not everyone is like that, but a lot of people do get a little nervous in their first real game or two.

    The three shots White has taken have all been at the end of the shot clock. Wish you guys could pay attention before making insanely premature comments about a player.

    True, but in all fairness no one is yelling "cut him" yet, just saying that he looks like garbage in the last 3 minutes. Maybe some of the people saying that have already written him off. I'm just telling the truth, I'm more than happy to give him the whole year to develop even if he's this bad the whole time.
