I keep reading all these posts here on who to blame for the Rockets troubles. I say that the blame is on EV1, but especially on Les Alexander. I am an army guy, and wut I know is that when the plan goes wrong, you blame the top guy. Les could fire Rudy's sorry ass, but he doesnot. He could pressure Mo Taylor and Cato to play up to their salaries, but he doesnot. We keep hearing all the time that Les is as smart a businessman as anyone out there. If that was true, then how come he keeps screwing himself? In order for this team to go anywhere, A new tough and disciplinary coach who demands the respect of the players will need to be this team's head coach. On a team full of young and lost souls, only a coach who runs his team like a commandor in the battlefield will work for the Rockets. A Jerry Sloan or a Greg Popovic like coach is wut we need

Don't worry. Remember he said "This is one of the greatest teams of all time." He will make changes if one of the best teams ever doesn't make the playoffs.

Absolutley! May be we just need to get Mark Cuban to buy the Rockets too!! Then he can bid on himself as which team will win the next game! (I wish!)
I would love a dedicated owner like Mark Cuban or the Maloof brothers. They are loved by the fans. But we're not the ones with money. Les Alexander is the one with the dough. He can do whatever he wants. I am pretty sure he will dismiss Rudy if we do not do well this year.
