The Wolves already tried using Sessions to help run the triangle with disastrous results.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Yes, in the sense that the Lakers are the Globetrotters and the Kings are the Washington Generals.

imo, Isiah Thomas is about as good as Sessions and a better fit, regardless how much triangle they run.
but DJ Augustin would be a nice different piece, especially outside the triangle.

This is not a dumb idea at all by Smart. I only wish McHale could implement some type of offense which would could complement the pick-and-roll offense they will use with Jeremy; like something with off-the-ball screens and a lot of motion which frees people up and makes scoring potentially easier.

A coach of an NBA team is trying to implement an offense based around spacing, passing, quick ball movement, cutting and continually looking for the open man.

    YEAH REAL MORON DUDE WTF???!!1

This board has gotten real lower-case, recently.

The players he has don't fit that offense at all. Kurt Rambis 2.0.

It's the Globetrotters thing that's what made it sound so dumb. If he said, "I watched a tape of how the Bulls in the 90s got good spacing" and stuff like that, that wouldn't have sounded so asinine. The Globetrotters? Seriously?

Plus what rolyat93 said. Asking Tyreke to run the triangle is like asking Steve Francis to play basketball without dribbling. Unless, of course, he's hinting that he wanted to rebuild the roster.
