Rediscovered this series after a long period of not seeing any of the episodes. Wow. Favorites: 1. Home- the one with the inbred family- pure horror. 2. Triangle- the one where he goes back in time to WWII on the ship. 3. The one with the giant flukeworm in the sewer system. 4. The parody of Cops- I think it's called XCops. 5. All the ones with the alien arc- too many to mention.

For me it was the one where they are in the woods and those ancient bugs get awoken. They cocoon people. That one scared me to death as a kid.
I always like the 1st episode the best. The inbreaders is always the first one I think of. Some of the Robert Patrick stuff was really good.

Inbred family episode was great! The one with Giovanni Ribisi controlling electricity like the traffic lights was fun. Do you guys watch Fringe? I wonder if I should get into it, it seems similar to X-Files. I actually only got half way through season 4 of X-Files but now that it's on Netflix I can finish it.
I can think of a couple that really stood out, cant think of the titles though. The one, maybe called 'Pusher' was really good. Controlled peoples minds. The one with the creepy guy who was like, a fortune teller type guy. 'Beyond the Sea' maybe?
Jose Chung's from Outer Space is easily the best with perhaps the greatest lines in the series: Jose Chung: Alex Trebek? The game show host? Scully: Mulder didn't say that it was Alex Trebek. It was just someone that looked incredibly like him. Clyde Brockman is my second favorite.
I got scared watching this as a kid. But now I do it doggy style so my partner and I can both watch X-files.
Clyde Brockman's final repose is the one where Peter Boyle's (Clyde Brockman) character can see people's deaths.
Aside form episodes regarding the ongoing conspiracy.... The one with the vampires that lived in RV's. The one where Mulder had the hots for Dr. Bambi (roach episode) The one with the guy who could squeeze himself through tiny openings. The one with the guy who had a shadow that would disintegrate you if you stepped on it. The one with the tree people. ....and many more.... I loved that show
