Does Yao actually have anything to do with that restaurant?

Yao allowed them to use his name at that restaurant location.

He is invested in the one on Westheimer however.

Always thought he owned it considering he treated several Rockets there.

That blows, one of the better Chinese spots for lunch in Downtown. Most of the Chinese restaurants in the tunnels suck, except for the two dumpling places

[rQUOTEr]A business partner of Yao told KHOU that the ex-center loaned his name to the business, but did not own any shares.

Yao has another restaurant on Westheimer, which is still in business.

Another former NBA superstar has come to the rescue of the struggling Pavilions. A group that includes basketball legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson bought the complex, which had been in receivership since the end of last year.[/rQUOTEr]

Morey said he preferred the downtown location....hmm...lol..

Anyone know why Yao wouldn't just own and operate both? Not enough parents? ;)
