If the Wiz want to make the playoffs then they seriously need to start shopping hard for a true backup PG like a Jarrett Jack type. I think even with Wall missing the first couple games of the season, it would be nice to put a stabilizing force behind him to come off the bench during the season and take some of the load off of him having to have the ball in his hands the entire game.

The Raptors might make the playoffs, but I doubt it will be because it's the Wizards that are just missing out.

I think even with Wall the Wizards are/would have been a near lock to be picking in the top-10 again.

I think the 8th spot will come down to Atlanta, Milwaukee and the Raptors.

That doesn't sound good at all. Is it the same knee that has been a problem since his rookie year?

I see the Wizards trying to get a leg up on tanking again.

So many players have had careers ruined by knee.

Huh. With D ROse and now Wall, I think people should start staying away from those "big pgs with all athleticism, no shooting skills" type. It seems the wear and tear from all that jumping and sprinting they do destroys their body at an absurd rate.

I think the addition of Brian Cook should put them right behind the Miami and Lakers.
