    The only reason Chavez was able to last 12 rounds was because he was high on mar1juana.

    lara lost to c. molina, so i doubt he's mayweathers biggest threat. Martinez is may's biggest threat.

    Lots of factors went into how Lara looked against Molina (including the fact that Molina is a solid and underrated fighter). Fight was ruled a draw and I don't remember how I scored it other then remembering it was boring and close.

    What's a "live gate" on your graphic? Also, what are "tickets"? Are those people who paid to see the fight at the casino? :confused:

    Alvarez vs. Lopez was somewhat "free"... on Showtime. People knew they could see it "live" at home with SHO.

    "Live gate" is the amount of revenue generated at the actual venue from ticket sales. Not sure but it may or may not include merchandise, concessions, ect.

    "Tickets sold" means the amount of tickets sold for the fights.

    Finally got around to seeing the fight last weekend.

    Chave Jr was not in the fight until the last round. You can tell he has not fought anyone worth a damn.

    Sergio at 37 was taking him to school. The fight did not get interesting until the 11th and 12th rounds. Chavez Jr definately has power and was unable to finish him off when he had the chance. Not clutch.

    Sergio walked it off and didnt try to clinch as would have been the smartest decision. Looked to me like he had something to prove. Maybe wants the buzz so he can land a big time fight. cha ching!

    The argentinian showed a lot of class in the after-fight interview. For all those talks of canelo/chavez jr having a shot at mayweather..HAAA..HA

    you got to be MF kidding me.

    sorry bro, but Canelo is about 4 fights from mayweather. Sadly, it won't happen. he is too old, and when he does get his shot at pacman and beats him, everyone is gonna say pacman, the most ooverrated boxer ever, was too old.

    If I was Chavez and I looked at my face after the fight I would have blazed too.
    MJ stays in your system for at least a month...I doubt he was high during the fight. Could explain why maravilla was so much faster. :grin:

    @Rocketboi
    Pacquiao is only 33. However I doubt that he will stick around past 35. Last I read he was considering retirement.

    What are Canelo's next 4 fights?
