They were talking bout how I cant pull because I never tried before trying to stay within my religion but now that I want to, I cant because I don't have much confidence. Al they were talking bout me being ”fat” although I have a lot of muscle on my body and that I train real hard to lose the belly but its not going. Sometimes when people talk about my ”fat” it just pisses me off. Things like that, but it just puts a person down when they are trying to achieve.something. I know that I should use that as a fuel to work harder and shut them up but I really just wanna hurt them with words like they do. Cause I can beat them up but that's not gonna be satisfactory.
focus that anger toward a different cause. I know because I speak from experience , the hardest part is forgetting what they say. If you don't keep trying to direct your efforts to your cause all you're going to be left with is the satisfaction of being angry at them and venting.
Avoid those people who put you down. If it is people at the gym, then go at a different time when they aren't there. If it is your family members then try not to reply to what they say. Just wear some headphones and pretend you don't heard them. Just focus on what you are doing. I've noticed that people who usually are insulting or making fun of others are some of the most insecure people I know.
LOL @ letting peer pressure bring you down. Ignore their A**! Eff them mother truckers. Live independent of what people THINK about you and the insulting crap they say! Live well and may the force be with you!
Uh-oh. Give, give, man... give... this is interesting, now... "And things just keep getting worse for Mr. shayan..."
